Terms and conditions

(The following GTCs contain legal information about your rights according to the regulations about distance selling contracts and e-commerce.)

1.        Area of application

The GTCs apply for all deliveries to customers made by LOXX Shop (§ 13 BGB).
A customer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to his or her commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2.        Contracting parties

The purchase agreement is made with: Schaeffertec GmbH, Kleinbeckstr. 7, 45549 Sprockhövel, Christof Schmidt, HRB 20995, Essen, tax ID number DE261679854. 3.        Offer and conclusion of contract

3.1        The product descriptions and illustrations depicted in the online shop are not considered as legally binding offers, but instead a request to order. Errors expected.

3.2        By clicking on the button “BUY NOW”, you send in a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. The purchase agreement comes into being when we accept your order with an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

4.        Right of cancellation

4.1        Consumers have a 14 day right of cancelation.

Cancellation policy:

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating any reasons.
The 14-day period starts the day you, or a third party named by you (excluding the carrier) take/s possession of the delivered goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Schaeffertec GmbH, Kleinbeckstraße 7, D-45549 Sprockhövel, welcome@schaeffertec.de) by sending us an explicit declaration (e.g.: letter via mail, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel the contract. You can use the template form provided in this cancellation policy.
The timely dispatch of the notice of cancellation is deemed sufficient to meet the cancellation period.

Consequences of the cancellation
In the case that you cancel the contract we must immediately repay you any payment in regards to your order, including shipping (except for additional costs from choosing a more expensive shipping option than our reasonable standard shipping), not later than within 14 days after receiving your notification of the cancellation of the contract. For the back payment, we will choose the same payment method you chose for making your original payment unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise. In no case, will we charge you for this back payment.

Whichever is the earlier, we can either hold back the back payment until receiving the returned goods, or until you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods.

You must send back the goods to Schaeffertec GmbH, Kleinbeckstraße 7, 45549 Sprockhövel, Germany immediately, but in any case, no later than within 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation of the contract.
The timely dispatch of the goods is deemed sufficient to meet the deadline for returning the goods.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for a possible decline in value of the goods if the decline in value is a result from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and function of the goods.

In the case that we sent you wrong or defective goods we will bear the costs of returning the goods.

5.        Shipping charges

5.1        The prices on the product pages include the value added tax as well as other price components.

5.2        You can choose between regular mail via Deutsche Post (uninsured) and GLS or FedEx (both insured).

Germany
Shipping via regular mail with Deutsche Post is € 2,60 flat per order. Free shipping for orders over € 30,00 in value of goods. No tracking for this shipping option.
Shipping with GLS is € 4,90 flat per order. Shipment can be tracked.

EU Countries
Shipping via regular mail with Deutsche Post is € 7,00 flat per order. No tracking for this shipping option.
Shipping with FedEx is € 15,00 flat per order. Shipment can be tracked.

Non-EU Countries
Shipping via regular mail with Deutsche Post is € 17,00 flat per order. No tracking for this shipping option.
Information and prices for insured shipping on request.

6.        Delivery

6.1      Goods are shipped after order is paid in full. Especially for payments from abroad, make sure that the entire amount is paid, including all bank charges and fees.

6.2      More information about delivery times can be found in the product description.

7.        Payment

7.1      Payment may be made via advance payment, PayPal or in cash if the goods are collected by the customer.

7.2      The right to set off a claim is only given when your counterclaim has been legally proved or is uncontested or has been acknowledged by us in written form.

7.3      You can only assert the right of retention if your claim is based on the same contractual relationship.

8.        Reservation of proprietary rights

Until payment is made in full, the goods remain our proprietary.

Ordering process

If you have found the right product, you can add it to your shopping cart without obligation by clicking the “ADD TO SHOPPING CART” button. You can see the content of your shopping cart anytime by clicking “shopping cart”. To remove items from your shopping cart, click the trash can icon next to the item, or reduce the quantity to zero. If you choose to buy the items in your shopping cart, please click “CHECKOUT” button. Please proceed to enter your information. The mandatory information is marked *. The registration in our shop is not mandatory, but possible. Your personal information is transmitted encrypted. After entering your information and choosing a payment method you can click on the “NEXT” button. You will be directed to the order summery where you can recheck the items in your shopping cart. By clicking the “BUY NOW” button, you complete the ordering process. The process can be canceled by closing the browser. You will find more information on the respective pages.

Wording of the contract

The wording of the contract is stored on our in-house systems. You can reread the CTGs on this page anytime. If you registered for a customer account, you can find your customer information at the customer log in. The order information will be sent to you via e-mail. Due to safety reasons, the wording of the contract will not be accessible via internet after the conclusion of the contract.
